Returns Policy

 

Woodshop Netwwork provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on some of the products we sell. In the event that it may be necessary to return an item, please contact us immediately. Woodshop Network can not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. All returns must be approved in advance by us. No Returns are possible for ScreenEZE or Screen Fabric Rolls, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please Note: any questions please contact us prior to ordering materials.

Woodshop Plans That are returned must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, returns maybe subject to a restocking charge, plus outbound shipping, handling and processing fees. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Woodshop Network is not responsible for return shipping costs and is not responsible for any shipping damage. Return Request must be made within 5 days of delivery in order to receive a full refund. Woodshop Network will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We do not refund or except returns on painted doors.

Damage caused by shippers:

Must be reported and resolved with the delivering carrier or shipping company directly. We will be happy to assist you with any shipping claims for damaged products. Please note, any damages or claims must be made within 5 days after delivery or receipt of goods. No execeptions.

Note: Claims made after 5 days. Our company will determin the best action to take to resolve any damage claims to your product should the 5 day time frame has expired. A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of Woodshop Network. Photos will be required.

No returns or exchanges are possible with custom wood screen doors that are in production OR painted custom colors

No returns for Screen Fabric or ScreenEZE products.
